Intro:

2019年加入中国海洋大学医药学院独立开展研究工作,入选中国海洋大学“青年英才”工程第二层次。2020年入选山东省泰山学者青年专家。近年来在Science, Chem. Soc. Rev.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,ACS Catal.,Chem. Sci.,Green Chem., Green Synth. Catal., Org. Lett.,J. Org. Chem.,Chem. Eur. J.,Asian J. Org. Chem.,Synthesis等期刊发表SCI收录论文30余篇,获得授权专利3项。主要研究领域为类海洋天然产物和药物优势骨架的合成新方法研究及其导向的药物化学,海洋天然产物及其类似物的合成等。

Progress:

选择性地合成手性分子的单一异构体是化学家长期追逐的梦想,因为手性不同,药物的效果千差万别。课题组以药用活性分子尤其是含氮活性分子骨架导向的不对称催化合成为核心研究方向,解决不对称催化合成中的瓶颈和关键科学问题,发展普适高效的不对称催化合成方法,通过可调性、灵活性、多样性的合成方法的研究,实现对反应化学、区域、立体选择性的可调可控。发展的方法既服务于已知结构的合成,也用于发现新的结构。进一步通过功能研究,促进结构改造和新的合成方法学发展。
