长期致力于有机合成方法学及天然产物的全合成研究,在应用环加成及环化策略合成天然产物等方面都取得了重大创新性的研究成果。

Progress:

开发出了一个仿生合成杂环化合物的[3+3]环合反应,即vinylogous amides或二酮类化合物与不饱和亚胺盐的环加成反应。运用该反应,成功合成了一系列复杂天然产物,包括(±)-Trichodermatides B and C,Cannabicyclol, Clusiacyclol A and B, Iso-Eriobrucinol A and B, and Eriobrucinol., Paraensidimerines。
